If you want all of our benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and Chiropractic, then you want Total Health®. For just $39.95 a month you get it all for your entire family. Remember, this low monthly fee includes all five plans!

Ameriplan® Total Health Plus

Our premium benefit plan is Total Health Plus®. For $59.95 per month you get all the benefits of Total Health® plus....Ameriplan® Auto Club membership, Ameriplan® Identity Theft Assitance, and Legal Services!

Unfortunately the plans are not available yet in Alaska, Montana, Wyoming, North and South Dakota and Florida residents may have a different price per plan.
